Thank you for your interest in Rocket City Pediatrics. We’re grateful for the trust and support we’ve received from our community and look forward to caring for your family.
To ensure a safe and meaningful first visit, we ask that your child’s prior medical records are received and on file before scheduling. This allows us to have the full clinical picture available at the time of your appointment.
Please Note
We are not able to initiate or assume management of behavioral health conditions or prescribe medications without access to prior records and treatment history.
We welcome all patients and do not make scheduling decisions based on prior medical history, vaccination status, or medical complexity. Our process is designed to ensure that, at the time of your child’s first visit, we have the information needed to provide thoughtful, high-quality care.

Getting Started

After submission, our team will request records from your previous provider.
It can take up to 30 days to receive medical records. You can often speed up this process by contacting your previous provider and asking them to send records directly to our office.
Once records are received, we will contact you to schedule your first visit—typically within 1–2 weeks.
If you are trying to schedule for your newborn, please call the office after your baby is born! We love to see newborns within 3-5 days of life to get a comprehensive overview of their health from birth.
